We are seeking a detail-oriented Team Lead of Data Processing to join our data operations which include data mining, analysis, processing and quality checks. As a Team Lead of Data Processing, you will play a crucial part in developing new processes and workflows for all our current and future Data Entry Specialists, coordinate their work, manage workloads and be a liaison between our Regulation Managers/Researchers and Data Entry Specialists. This is a new role and requires exploration and innovative thinking.
As a Team Lead Data Processing you will:
- Communicate tasks assigned by the company’s Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
- Organize the working schedules of the DES.
- Liaise with all workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions.
- Provide and maintain documentation.
- Proactively implement, optimize and automate workflows.
- Proactively create new processes and workflows to improve the function of the team.
- Write requirements for other teams.
- Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions.
- Perform quality checks.
- Manage your team and set up KPI's.
- Provide reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual DES.
- Train new DES team members on the workflows.

Must-haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management any related field
- 3+ years of experience as project coordinator/manager, preferably both with Data Entry Specialist (DES) and non-Data Entry Specialist (DES) teams
- Experience in setting up and managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in conducting sessions of coaching, mentoring, training in a remote form
- Ability to remotely lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and how to use LLM to improve current processes

- Experience in implementing changes and testing the results
- Knowledge of additional languages
