We are on the lookout for a proactive remotely based Recruiter to help us grow our multicultural team. As a Recruiter, you will join our existing HR team and play a critical role in closing technical and non-technical positions, expanding our talent searching activities and exploring new job seeker markets.

This role is on an hourly basis and can constitute from 20 to 40 hours per week depending on our workload and your time capacity.

 As a Recruiter you will:

      • Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and identify immediate and future hiring needs.
      • Participate in developing and updating of job descriptions and job specifications.
      • Source and attract job candidates by using job search platforms, databases, social media etc.
      • Screen candidates’ CVs and application letters, conduct interviews, conduct  reference check.
      • Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
      • Follow and improve the company’s existing recruitment process, and apply recruiting best practices in your work.
      • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
      • Create positive job candidate experience, build candidate relationships during the selection process and promote company’s employer brand.
      • Promote and increase diversity on the team.

Must-haves

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a global Recruiter, with knowledge of specific platforms for sourcing talent
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews and create candidate summaries
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, questionnaires, reference check etc)
  • Hands on experience with recruiting software
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Professional communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in recruiting in various regions
  • Headhunting/active sourcing experience is highly appreciated
