We are on the lookout for a proactive, process oriented remotely based Talent Acquisition Manager to  help us grow our multicultural team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join our existing HR team and play a critical role in creating processes and workflows related to global talent search, job market exploration, hiring and onboarding.

 As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will:

      • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, conducting background checks, etc.
      • Manage the applicant tracking system, job boards, and other recruitment-related applications and ensure its efficient use.
      • Review and implement improvements and recruitment best practices in the current workflows, documents, and policies.
      • Partner with internal and external recruiters to support candidate pipeline and sourcing strategies to speed up and improve recruitment
      • Collaborate and strategize with hiring managers on a regular basis to identify future hiring needs, and develop a talent pipeline.
      • Ensure that success factors for each new hire has been established.
      • Participate in developing documentation (e.g., application forms) and updating of job descriptions and job specifications 
      • Source and attract job candidates by using job search platforms, databases, social media etc.
      • Assess candidates' mindset, skillset, and rule set, to best suit open positions and ensure alignment with company culture and values.
      • Develop recruitment analytics and dashboards to facilitate recruiting reports
      • Create positive job candidate experience, build candidate relationships during the selection process and promote company’s employer brand.
      • Research feasibility of hiring in new locations, ensuring alignment with our company policies and budget requirements.
      • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and best use of the company’s social media accounts to promote the company to prospective candidates.

Must-haves

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or relevant field
  • Solid work experience as a talent acquisition manager with knowledge of specific platforms where to find hard-to-find talents
  • Hands on experience with recruiting software
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to create workflows and processes
  • Research skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of job markets in various global regions
  • Experience with EOR companies is highly appreciated
