 We're a growing medium-sized enterprise with a global team, embracing a near-complete remote work culture. PST.AG was founded in the center of Germany, now our diverse team spans over 13 nations across four continents, and we're poised for further growth.

We are seeking Head of Business Development who will play a central role in the strategic direction and operational success of our company. This position reports directly to the Management Board. This position evolves around Marketing & Sales and Customer Care and works closely with the Accounting department.

As Head pf Business Development you will cover the following:

    • Strategic Planning and Management
      • Hire, train and manage employees in the marketing, sales and customer support departments.
      • Develop and implement processes and best practices within the area of responsibility.
      • Manage the budgets for the departments and ensure cost efficiency.
      • Cooperate with the management and other departments in order to achieve the company's goals.
      • Monitor performance, and develop performance evaluation and bonus systems.

    • Marketing & Sales
      • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies via online stores and digital platforms.
      • Support and maintain important customer relationships.
      • Evaluate clients.
      • Build partnerships with external parties.
      • Lead maintenance and updating of master data.
      • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
      • Measure customer satisfaction.
    • Support
      • Manage customer ticket processing.
    • Accounting
      • Ensure proper invoicing and manage the dunning process.
      • Provide necessary documents and information for accounting.
      • Support creating of business evaluations by providing relevant data and analysis.

Responsibilities

Must-haves

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B inside-sales experience in Global Trade.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/surpassing targets and KPIs, with the capability of consistently handling larger ticket deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software 
  • High motivation
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in both account management and building new business relationships
  • Experience in marketing
  • Other languages (German)
