We are seeking an experienced part time Customer Care Assistant to monitor our client tickets daily and assist with finalizing the backlog of tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming customer tickets via email or ZEP daily
- Customer tickets have to be created in ZEP and adjusted according to our specifications
- Assign the ticket to the respective product owner.
- Ticket receipts and assignments are reviewed and processed three times per day: morning, noon, and late afternoon.
- Ticket monitoring: Checking the various ticket statuses and creating reports
- Process improvements: The employee can proactively improve the ticket handling process after consultation with the line manager
Your Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 3 + years experience in a customer care/virtual assistant environment
Your Skillset - must haves
- Practical experience with a Client ticketing system e.g. Zep
- Good command of English Language
- Proactive communicator
- Ability to work independently
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Able to motivate and push the team members to react to their tickets
